My journey started in Cairo in 2006 as a graphic and web designer, grew into leading design teams and UX strategy for clients across the UAE, Qatar and KSA, and since 2017 has focused in Abu Dhabi on government e-services, executive dashboards and enterprise systems. Today I own the process from research to developer handoff — side by side with product and engineering teams, with AI built into how I work.

End-to-end UI/UX and brand direction for enterprise apps — a governed design system, KPI dashboards, an employee portal and mobile app, a secure bank-account app, the AGENDA meeting system and a multi-platform chatbot. I lead discovery and usability testing, and hand off to engineering through InVision and Zeplin.

Led product design and the visual identity for the NABAA integrated news platform and its management mobile app.

Re-architected CRM flows for memberships, bookings, feedback and payments, and designed a class & personal-training booking app.

Designed the UAE Ministry of Finance website and mobile app, complex internal software and a cross-platform vehicle-booking app.
